My story
Mónica is an entrepreneur, Architect of Realities and Medicine Woman, descended from a lineage of healers from southern Spain.
She holds two degrees, in Economics and in Business Administration; a master’s degree in Strategic People Management; and certifications in relational coaching and systemic facilitation. She has trained in family constellations, evolutionary astrology, numerology, metaphysics, comparative philosophies and ancestral wisdom traditions from several continents.
Over thirty years, her journey has unfolded across more than forty countries, accompanying hundreds of leaders, teams and organisations through personal, cultural and organisational transformation.
Her approach weaves strategy, human development and systemic intelligence with ancestral wisdom, shadow connection, the sacred dance between the feminine and masculine, and the embodiment of Dragon energy. In this way, she creates a bridge between contemporary knowledge and ancient wisdom, between the visible and the invisible, awakening the power to create from the sacred fire within and the responsibility to place it in service through the heart.
Discover my journey +From my family I inherited the courage to lead, an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep connection with Mystery, rooted in a lineage of women healers from southern Spain.
My first great school was the world of business. I studied Business Administration in Spain and the United Kingdom, completed a master’s degree at ESADE and spent years accompanying multinational companies, executive teams and successful professionals. There I learned to read organisations as living systems, hold complez spaces and turn vision into strategy and action.
My path expanded as a transformational and relational coach, systemic facilitator and constellation practitioner. I went deeper into accompanying crises, transitions and shadow processes: those moments when life invites us to release a familiar identity and make space for something new.
Then came my own descent. I moved through profound losses, changes of direction and the experience of beginning again. Ancestral wisdom, astrology, numerology, energy medicine and the language of symbols revealed themselves as parts of the same memory.
Hawaiʻi and its spirit of aloha welcomed me into their arms, and I surrendered to their magic. Here I remembered the name of my dragon, Samadrahna, and my stellar origin. I understood that my worlds had always belonged to the same path: strategy needs intuition, vision needs roots and transformation needs heart.

Today I allow my heart to take the helm and love to guide my path. I create spaces where people can listen to their truth, reclaim their creative power and bring to life what they came here to share.
My purpose is to help create a better world for our children than the one we found and, while we build it, to enjoy, inspire and co-create with the Cosmos.
